The French American School of Denver is located in the historic Church in the City building at 2280 E 16th Ave. We are within a block of City Park and the Carla Madison Recreation Center, and walking distance to the Denver Botanic Gardens, the Denver Zoo, and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Building + Playground
Our building was renovated in 2020, and additional enhancements are planned for the exterior of the building in the coming months. Our leased space includes a commercial kitchen and large multipurpose room.

We are proud to offer our young scholars 3 recesses per day at all grade levels. Healthy bodies and physical activity has repeatedly proven to contribute to both academic prowess and mental health at this age. Our playground consists of 3 areas, as well as weekly excursions to City Park.

We have a small fenced side and back with pergolas, and a converted parking lot serves as our blacktop. A frequent rotation of new toys, balls and outdoor games keep recreation time fun and engaging.

Our FASDenver parents, board of directors and PTO are working diligently fundraising and writing grants to upgrade our playground and building facilities.
