Arrival and Dismissal Procedures:

K-5 AM Drop-Off window is 7:45 - 8:00 am. Please allow your student ample time to enter the school, put away their belongings, and join the class without disruption. Classes begin promptly at 8:00am. The Drop-Off car line will end as determined by FASDenver staff so that all students in the car line can be in class by 8:00am. Any families dropping off their student on or after 8:00am, must accompany their student to the Main Office, sign in their student, and the student will be issued a tardy pass.

K-5 PM Pick-Up window is 3:30 - 3:45 pm.

Announce your arrival via the PikMyKid app prior to arriving so your student is added to the queue once you enter the Pick-Up car line or are waiting at the main entrance as a "walker".

Car Line: Students enter the car with the support of staff. Students must be able to independently put on their seatbelt as parents/guardians/parent designees are not able to leave their car to help the child. Please do not use your cell phone while in the car line.​

Any students who are not picked up by 3:45pm/4:00pm respectively or are signed up for P.M. Programs/Study Hall will go to After School Enrichments. Families will use the back entrance of the school after 3:45pm to announce their arrival to pick up their student(s).

A.M. Program,
After School Enrichments, and Clubs
FASDenver offers its own A.M. & P.M. Programs onsite. You will be able to sign up for these offerings both as needed and in advance.

A.M. Program: 7:00 - 7:45 am

FASD's A.M. Program is adult supervised, allowing working families the opportunity to drop their students off at school early. Children play games, read, etc. No videos or electronic games are allowed.

After School Enrichment: 3:45 - 5:50pm

After School Enrichment is adult supervised, with some activities planned on a daily basis. There are also opportunities for open play where children play games, read, etc. No videos or electronic games, please.

Study Hall (Grades 1-5) 3:45 - 4:30 pm
-
Study Hall is staffed by FASDenver French teachers who provide instructional support for grades 1-5 wanting additional practice and support with classroom activities and homework. Study Hall does not begin until approximately 2 weeks into the school year.

There is an additional $5 charge for drop-in sessions if the child is not picked up by 4:30 PM.

If a child is in Study Hall and needs to transition to After School Enrichments at 4:30pm, $4 per hour will be charged for the After School program.

Additional Themed Activities: Various after school activities and clubs will be offered by outside vendors and FASDenver staff. Examples of potential activities include Chess, Baking class, Basketball, Running club, and many more! Periodic announcements and sign-ups for these programs will be sent through the BLOOMZ App. ​
